Notion → MailerLite & Mailchimp

Your email campaigns already live in Notion.

Nocadi is the Notion Campaign Dispatcher. Draft a campaign where you already work, flip a status, and a branded, ready-to-send email appears in MailerLite or Mailchimp. Then opens, clicks and bounces write themselves back into Notion. No copy-paste, no exporting, no second editor.

Three steps

From a Notion page to the inbox, and back

No new editor to learn and nothing to wire up. Nocadi sits between Notion and your email platform and keeps both in sync.

Step 1

Connect Notion

Link your workspace and pick the database that holds your campaigns. Nocadi provisions every column it needs (status, subject, audience, preview link, stats) and never deletes your data.

Step 2

Write and mark Ready

Draft the campaign in Notion, choose the destination audience, then flip the status. A branded draft appears in your email platform within moments, and updates whenever you edit the page.

Step 3

Preview, approve, send

Open the preview link, send yourself a test, then set the status to Send to audience. Nocadi dispatches, then writes opens, clicks, unsubscribes and bounces straight back to the page.

Features

Everything a campaign needs, without leaving the page

Write, brand, target, test, send and report, all driven from your Notion database, all handled for you.

Write in Notion

Every page becomes a responsive HTML email. Headings, lists, quotes, callouts, code, dividers and images all render cleanly.

Zero-setup schema

Attach a database and Nocadi creates every column you need automatically. It only adds or reuses columns, and never touches the rest of your data.

No configuration

Brand every email

Set your logo, colors, fonts, footer, mailing address and social links once. A live preview shows exactly how each email looks before it ships.

Live two-way sync

Flip a page to Ready and a draft appears in your platform. Edit the page and the draft updates to match, so it always reflects your latest content.

Preview & test

Every page gets a preview link right inside Notion, and you can send yourself a test to check it in a real inbox before anything reaches your audience.

Safe, intentional sends

Nothing goes out until you set the status to Send to audience, every other status only drafts, and the same campaign can never hit one audience twice. Want a required sign-off first? Turn on team approvals.

Built-in guardrails

Team approvals

Optionally require teammates to sign off before a campaign sends. Each approver gets the full email to approve or reject in one click, it ships only once enough approve, and any single rejection holds it back.

Team sign-off

Audience targeting

Pick your destination from a managed list inside Notion. Nocadi pulls your real lists and groups from the connected platform so you choose the right recipients.

Unsubscribe handled

The correct unsubscribe link for each platform is injected automatically, so every campaign stays compliant. No manual tags, no broken links.

Results flow back

After a send, Nocadi writes recipients, delivered, opens, open rate, clicks, click rate, unsubscribes and bounces back into the page, with a “stats updated” timestamp.

Reporting in Notion

Two-way sync

Content flows out. Results flow back.

Your campaign renders into a branded email, and when it sends the numbers land right back on the same Notion page. The database you write in doubles as your reporting dashboard.

Questions

The short answers

No. You keep writing and editing in Notion exactly as you do today. Nocadi reads from your database and keeps a draft in sync on your email platform. There’s no second editor and nothing to re-learn.
MailerLite and Mailchimp are live today, with Resend and Buttondown on the roadmap. You can request any other platform too.
Nothing sends until you explicitly set the page status to Send to audience; every other status only creates or updates a draft, never a live send. A campaign also can never go to the same audience twice. For a required human check, turn on team approvals so a campaign pauses for sign-off before it goes out.
Yes, and it’s optional. An organization owner turns on approvals, picks who can approve and sets how many approvals are required. When a campaign is set to Send to audience the send pauses and the row moves to In review, each approver gets an email with the full campaign and approves or rejects in one click, and it only goes out once enough approve. Any single rejection blocks it, and editing the campaign afterwards starts a fresh review so no one approves one version while another sends.
After a campaign sends, Nocadi writes the numbers (recipients, delivered, opens, open rate, clicks, click rate, unsubscribes and bounces) straight back onto the same Notion page, with a “stats updated” timestamp. Your campaigns database becomes your reporting dashboard.
Yes. Your logo, colors, fonts, footer and address are applied to every campaign automatically, and the correct unsubscribe link for each platform is injected for you, so every send stays compliant.
Nocadi only adds or reuses the columns it manages (status, stats and the like) and never deletes your content. It’s a product by Månevann AS, built in Europe with a privacy-minded approach.
It’s built for it. Invite teammates into a shared workspace where connections, templates and branding are shared, and use role-based access so everyone works from the same drafts and the same setup. You can also require team sign-off so campaigns need approval before they send.
